In these Terms, "ExecX", "we" and "us" means The Trustee for Makwana Group (ABN 84 518 090 804), trading as ExecX. These Terms govern your use of the ExecX website. By submitting the contact form, you agree to these Terms.

The site

Nothing on this website by itself creates an engagement. Any work that follows is defined in writing before it begins.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of work is defined in that writing, and only after applicable fees are paid.

No warranties

This website does not promise a particular outcome.

Offers

1. Eligibility: anyone who has received a free AI check.
2. How to redeem: The A$100 credit (inc GST) is applied at checkout when you order for the website named on your free check report.
3. Expiry: Valid for 30 days from your report date.
4. One credit per business.
5. It can't be combined with other offers on the same purchase, including festive or other promotional prices and the audit-fee credit, and can't be exchanged for cash.

Festive prices

We offer a festive price of A$649 inc GST (A$590 + GST) on the AI visibility audit for Diwali, from 2 November until 15 November 2026, then for Christmas and New Year, from 14 December 2026 until 4 January 2027 (Melbourne time). Checkout must be started by 11:30 pm on the last day. Can't be combined with other offers, including the A$100 free-check credit. Other festive periods may follow. Each festive price, the services it covers and its end date are shown at checkout. The festive price applies to the AI visibility audit only.

This doesn't affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
