These Terms govern your use of the ExecX website and engagement with our commercial offerings, including Proof Sprint and Fractional CTO services. By submitting a lead or booking a scoping call, you agree to these Terms.

Services

ExecX delivers scoped, time-boxed technical proofs and optional fractional technical leadership. Final scope, fees, timelines, and deliverables are defined in a written statement of work or equivalent agreement before paid work begins.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, clients receive ownership of deliverables specified in the statement of work upon payment of applicable fees.

No warranties

Proof Sprints validate feasibility within an agreed scope. They are not guarantees of market success, fundraising outcomes, or production-scale readiness beyond what is documented in the engagement.
